Shelly is a Certified Natural Health Consultant, Certified Herbalist, Certified Chios Master Teacher, Certified Reiki Teacher, Registered with The Canadian Reiki Association and World Reiki Association.

Shelly is also an Ordained Minister (nondenominational) and legally performs marriages in Manitoba.

In her local practice she provides the following services: Herbal Consultation and remedy preperation, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Reflexology, Massage, Aroma Therapy, Reiki, Chios and Flower Essence Therapy. She also teaches in person Reiki Classes and has spiritual gatherings.

My intention is to let people know they can have inner peace, a sense of well being, self love and grow spiritually on their journey of self-discovery by using these complementary therapies.

These energies also can help your physical body in it's healing journey. My goal is to reach out to people to assist them in healing.
